Bye bye Skygo

Had Skygo installed on my ipad2
following some kids playing with the pad
I now haven't

the icon has gone - a search finds no sign of it on the pad
but go to app store to reinstall and it says it is installed and wont let me.

I am confused - is there a way to workaround this?

Hold the home button and the sleep/wake button down for 10-15 seconds until the iPad reboots and the apple logo appears in the centre of the screen.

Now check for the app again

No luck I'm afraid
still no app
still greyed out and saying installed on app store.
