Ok, just got my 3G today, but there are a few things bugging me:

1) How do I get rid of unwanted icons on the phone. I'll never use the YouTube or Stocks features, how do I get rid of them?

2) Using iCal and Me.com services, I can't seem to get the online iCal or the Calender on my iPhone to subscribe to other calendars besides my own. I'd like to see other calendars for those in my family, all of which are synced with my .Me account. Any ideas?

EDIT: Ok, I answered #1, you can't, but if you press and hold an icon, the entire desktop starts to shake and you can move the individual icons to different desktops that are accessed by flicking on the main screen (pretty cool actually).

Edit 2: The answer to #2: http://support.apple.com/kb/TS1213

Yes, it is true you cannot remove those icons. You can put them on the last page of your "desktops"
