Ok so christmas is coming up and i've been wanting a dual screen set-up for a while now but i'm having some problems deciding haha I could live without a dual screen set-up but the main reason i wanted it was for movies, playing video games, and convenience for when i do design work.
I guess what i'm having trouble deciding with is, should i pay for another screen for this set-up or just use my iMac for all this? can i even hook up game systems to my iMac? because if i could do that, then i guess my best choice would be to buy another monitor some other time haha

I want to be as cheap as possible about all this because i also need other stuff for christmas XD like a wacom, new speakers, and a decent chair, and my family isnt exactly rich hahahah XD

SO, what should i do? hahaha XD

The best way to do this would be to buy one of these:

There are quite a few ha's in this thread...

My experience with dual monitors were underwhelming. Personally, I wouldn't waste money on it unless you are continually finding yourself with a lack of screen space.

And I like the title of this thread. Input? Monitor? :p
