Im trying to download a program from the internet, it starts to download then when it get to the end it says mounting failed, im not sure how to get it to work??

Im trying to download utorrent from µTorrent - a (very) tiny BitTorrent client.
Ive downloaded this before but re booted my computer and am now trying to put it back on.

Raz0rEdge's link above works perfectly fine for me. I just downloaded uTorrent just fine.

I checked and MacUpdate is hosting the file independent of uTorrent's site and it should work..what error are you getting? Perhaps you have a more global download issue than related to just uTorrent?

There would be something wrong with mine also - because the link at macupdate didn't work on mine either when I tried it right after the post yesterday morning.
Can't remember the exact error - but something to the effect of an invalid .dmg file.
(Won't be back at a Mac until this evening.)

Hmm...turns out MacUpdate points to the uTorrent site as opposed to housing their own copy..so if uTorrent site is having issues, this will persist.
Though, I just tried it now on my work laptop and it downloaded..

I download DMG's daily and that U-Torrent in the URL above is a corrupted DMG. Bob is right.
