First post on this forum. I've recently converted over to apple with my new macbook, lovin it too!

yeah i put it there deliberatly. so that people didn't crop the image and use it.

unfortunaly with these things you can spoil a image with the logos and copy right, i think you need to just take some faith in people put it in a corner and if people want to use it feel proud that you have taken an amazing shot

1/60 at f2.8 with built-in flash. Color corrected and used some basic filters in iPhoto.

A 800x600 image really isn't going to do anyone much good unless they'd steal it for some sort of web display.
A watermark is a good idea but you need to pick a new spot.

the web here is special as its from the common lawn spider which in the summer can lay one out with flu symptoms for weeks should it bite.

your still leaving your water mark in the middle of the picture, im sure if you asked for critquie on a few of the flickr forums they will slate you for it, ive seen it before! just have some faith and move it away from a beautiful image!
