iphone 3.1.1 software update

I just updated my 32GB ipod touch software to the latest 3.1.1 update. Afterward all my bought apps don't open. Anyone else experienced that? Did I miss an announcement or something? How can I fix it?

Try resetting your iPhone.

Some Apps may not work after the update because they need to be updated. What specific Apps don't work?

I tried resetting it at least 3 times, but no difference. All the apps from the app store stopped working (the ones that come with the ipod do work.).

You still haven't told us which apps exactly... name specifics.

I had lots of apps on 2.x that needed updates after going to 3....

air sharing
vnc
banner free
to do
monkey ball
ipint
beatmaker
etc...
Many of these apps were updated after 3.1.1

I fixed it. I had to restore the entire thing and start fresh. I found something strange though.... My ipod touch didn't upgrade since May. WTH? My backup was dated and I had to build from the ground up.
