Hey! I'm new here so I'm sorry if this was posted in the wrong forum.
February 2013 I bought a new MacBook Pro and sold my 5 year old MacBook. Now I wish I hadn't because my new MacBook Pro is SO SLOW. I can keep it under control when I don't have a lot of applications running/tabs open/etc, but booting up takes such a long time... From pressing the power button to the login screen takes between 12 and 15 minutes (my old MacBook took a maximum of 30 seconds...). This isn't normal, right???
I'm a complete computer noob so I have no idea how to approach this, can you give me advice?
Thanks!
Babet
