Nope. The DRM prevents it.

well... if you really, really, really wanted to burn the movie I am sure you could get a video screenshot program, start playing the movie, video screeshot the whole thing, and then burn the video screenshot you just took... why would that work? if you had the time...

Thats why iTunes movies are a huge ripoff. And because they cost 10 bucks.

That would work, but it would be a pain....

Yeah I agree, I think that is the biggest downfall of the iTunes Movies. I'd rather get my Movies from iTunes, but what good are they if I can't burn them to a DVD!!

I havent tried this but i will tomorrow. You should be able to import a movie into imovie and then export it into idvd. This will take a long time and the quality wont be the greatest because itunes reduces the file size in order to make the movies faster to download.

Again, The DRM will likely prevent you from doing this.

yeah, but I thought it might work if you burn the m4v file and then use the burned file in imovie. it works with audio files but not video for some reason.

I'm sure the DRM could be cracked easily, but no one wants to...low resolution, expensive...plus the cost of one movie is like the cost of a subscription to Netflix for an entire month.
