Mac OS X 10.4.11 - Airport Settings?

I've been having problems with my internet connection, and it says that my AirPort settings have failed. I can't figure out how to find the AirPort settings, however... is there any way?

it says - which it? what equipment do you have that is supplying wireless, Airport Extreme or Express? Test by using ethernet - does that work?
