reinstall iphoto 11

I had to reinstall snow leopard after the blue screen of death (ram module fried) anyway I now can't get iphoto back onto the system all I have is 08 and it say's that 11 is installed in the app store.
Anyone know how I can fix this ?

Well… did you buy iPhoto '11 from the App Store previously? If so… re-download it from the App Store using the same iTunes account. No charge.

Yep went to the App store and it say's already installed, so i'm stuck with what to do next.
