What Did I Do??

Power mac G5, Safari 10.5.8

I don't know what I did, but now on any web page with a space to enter info, like the subject and message box on the new thread page, a box appears around the box. Annoying.

Second, if you are on You Tube, whenever you type something, the text speech starts talking. Very annoying.

What did I do and how to I make it go away?

Because I don't have an answer for you (probably others as well). Wouldn't you prefer that folks only reply if they have a helpful answer!!!

Ahh..."we" didn't consider that posibility have "we"??
