Could someone carry out this test for me please?
1. Type UK's number one property website for properties for sale and to rent into the Safari URL bar and click Enter
2. In the Find A Property In box please type in "Great Yarmouth, Norfolk". Enter
3. Click Safari > Reset Safari > tick all boxes and click Reset
4. Log back into rightmove.co.uk and in the box type in the letter "G"
If the first option in the dropdown menu shows "Great Yarmouth, Nofolk" then Safari is still retaining cookies somewhere on the iMac.
Please can someone confirm that Reset Safari doesn't remove ALL cookies and how I can properly clean the cache without doing a full reinstall?
Very frustrating! Apple Mac seem to leave a massive footprint all over the computer everytime you do anything which is no good for security or sensitive browsing.
Thanks
