Put it in iTunes. Took me 14 months to spend the last $50 gift card I had there.

iTunes is a very good idea, speakers would be good too, but $50 won't get you good ones.

I dont "buy" music. And I cant justify buying a movie or something on itunes.I rather buy it on DVD and get better quality and also being able to play it anywhere.

The speakers were those colored ones. They ar getting great reviews.

I was also thinking of the new ipod but I dont like the headphone controler being 2 inches from your right ear.

Happy New Year, now get off the computer, you're breaking the rules (my girlfriend is Jewish). Oh and you should really buy music instead of stealing it.

Send it to me. I'll spend it no problem. ;)

I agree with Kevriano - If you're a music fan, it can't hurt to put that towards an investment into a good set of speakers. Any software you like?

If you truthfully have no idea, don't feel compelled to spend it now. Hold on to it until you find something you do want (I'm assuming there is no expiry on the card).

Never ever ever EVER buy music through iTunes unless it's music you simply can't find anywhere else. Or maybe you can since it's not your money this time. For the quality of the sound, you're overpaying.

I would suggest putting it toward a new mouse or something. Especially if you like the Mighty Mouse like I do, but after putting it apart to really clean it, you find out that it needs some sort of GLUE to put it back together.

256kbps AAC isn't half bad. I mean, I'd rather have 320kbps VBR AAC, but still.

In any case, if you have a used CD store by your house, that's the better way to go about that.

Actually I think a good idea is to put it towards an ipod. That's a nice chunk off the price of what ever one takes your fancy.
