If I check under About... it says my version is build 3214 and nothing else. The version they sell today is 3.0. Where can I see this generation number for my installation?

You probably have about version 2.5 of Parallels. If you had version 3 it would say so when you click on "About". The latest version of V.3.0 is #5060. Quite a few improvements in v.3 including it now will run some 3d games. Not all probably, but some anyway.

James, it runs all OpenGL games, and up to DirectX 8 games too.

Actually i guess it runs Directx 9.c too as that is what i have installed and the Medal of Honor series runs, the Call of Duty series runs, and Doom 3 runs.
