    Windows 7 problem
    I am running windows7 on my macbook.... and i justencountered this problem. i can't open windows explorer browser. i see two types of windows explorer in the Start: one has a 64bit extension but the main however one doesn't open and automatically freezes on clicking or closing it and the other doesn't acknowledge internet. (i am using a different computer to do this)

    ok so the solution was
    internet options <> advanced <> click reset
    Place a check mark in the box that says delete personal settings
    and done
