Read & Write permission on windows to access MAC files

Hi , Few day ago I installed windows 7 on my 2011 macbook pro with bootcamp, There was some Drivers in my MAC installation DVD but the problem is , I want to use 3D studio Max on my windows but i don't have the permission to WRITE on the mac drives but still i can read from Mac drives, IS there any way to get the permission from the OS X to write on mac drives in windows ?

i really prefer to find a way to solve it in mac i don't really like to install any other softwares to get this permission,...

Can anyone help me with this issue?

I'm not too sure what you mean by this... you should be able to boot into windows 7 and install the software.
When you install Windows via Bootcamp it splits the HDD in 2, Windows on one "Partition" and OSX on the other.
When you install something onto OSX it will not affect the Windows side and vice-versa.

what i meant was , when i'm using windows - Bcuz i installed some windows Drivers from Mac OS X DVD - now i'm able to view the contents of the mac folders from my windows & i can copy the files or open it but i don't have the permission to WRITE - add new files or data - it says that i don't have the permission to add files , and i really need to access the mac files Bcuz all of my files both in my mac and Ext. HDD are in mac file system .

There are a few commercial products that allow Windows users to read and write to HFS Plus formatted media, but to date Apple has only released read-only HFS+ drivers for Windows XP, Windows Vista, and Windows 7 as part of the Boot Camp software in Mac OS X 10.6. This means users on these systems can read data on the HFS+ drive, but not write to them. Microsoft has created an HFS+ driver for the Xbox 360 mainly for the purpose of reading HFS+ formatted iPods.

You might want to take a look at Parallels for the Mac.

I personally like Paragon software for this. They have NTFS for OS X and HFS+ for Windows. you can get them both bundled and save some cash also. one will allow you to write to NTFS from the Mac side and the other will allow you to write to your Mac side from windows - link - link - they both have a free trial.
