When in Windows go to Control Panel -> System -> Device Manager. What does it say for your graphics card? If the Radeon HD 4670 is not properly identified, that means you haven't correctly installed drivers or something with Windows is messed up.

Also it would be helpful if you could tell us which version of Windows you're running? Post back with info.

Regards.

OK. Insert your Snow Leopard or Leopard DVD while Windows 7 is booted up and running. The drivers should install automatically. Afterward, go to the Apple web site and download the update for Boot Camp (3.1). Make sure you download the 32 bit version and install while in Windows.

Let us know if you're still having problems with the graphics driver.

Regards.
