Earphone Not hear in Win7 on MBP

Hi Dear

My MBP have install Win7, When i play music it hear with build in speaker, but when I put earphone it not hear something it silern...?

I try to install bootcamp driver again but it still have problem with earphone..

Please help i need some advice ...
