    Sorry if this is a stupid questio but I am a newbie to Macs.

    How do you uninstall software from Macs?

    In most cases just drag the software folder and drop on the trash can. Depending on the Mac OS you are running.

    since this is in the OS9 forum, i would guess its a classic OS

    Yeah, click drag to trash should do it.

    Though! preferences are still in the preferences folder in the system folder, you can find the specific ones pertaining to that app, and delete it. Right? (been a classic while since ive been in classic)

    perform an un-install if the program disc supports it.
    You can un-install Nikon camera software and Photoshop i beleive.
    Search for alias, preferences etc. ans delete

    you have to get rid of the extensions to.
