    Macbook 2.4GHZ; iMac
    XP Service Pack 1 on Boot Camp
    i have microsoft windows xp home edition including service pack 1a

    is there any way it will work on bootcamp?

    Quick answer : no, as is, it won't work.

    You can however create an XP with service pack 2 disc by 'slipstreaming'.

    You could probably install it directly without using Bootcamp, (create you own partition using Disk Utility and then boot from the disc to start the install) but whether or not it will run correctly is another story. Probably no real harm in trying.

    You can actually install XP Sp1 on any Intel Mac, But, the boot camp drivers will only work with Sp2 so you may find a lot of devices wont work even after installing the Boot Camp drivers.
