good hard rive for audio applications??

hi, ive got a G5 dual 1.8 and i need a new hard drive for my audio projects.

Which is a good internal hardrive to buy, thats as fast or faster than the drive that in the g5???

I need about 250 - 400 GB in size.

I looked at a 160Gb rapture drive, and it looks good.

any suggestion please, but i am on a mid range budget.

ps.. do G5s take sata 2 drives??
