I watched a flash video on the internet the other day but the website isn't available anymore, but I figured the flash video must be on my mac somewhere?
I've done a bit of googling, and all the resources point to to temp files (like flash and quicktime videos) being stored in /private/var/tmp/folders.501 however, no such folder exists on my mac. It only goes as far as /tmp which contains a file called "com.apple.speech.synthesis.globals" and a folder called "launchd" which is locked.
Did Snow Leopard change something that meant applications no longer dump data in this folder?
Where would I go to find flash videos these days?
Thanks.
