how to bind an arrow/cursor key to a shortcu?t

Hello all,

I need to bind arrow/cursor keys to a shortcut. For example, i wanna make command-k behavior like the upper arrow, so if i press command+k, the cursor should go up one line. Is there a way of doing it?
