Please help. I'm new to Macs and haven't figured out to fix complicated stuff yet.
I use Outlook 2011 and every time I reboot my computer, the identity changes and all of my info is gone. I have to go in to the Microsoft Database Utility and rebuild the identity every time. I always set it as the default identity, but for some reason, it keeps creating a new identity and forces me to rebuild my original one.
Can anyone help? I don't have the time to rebuild the database every time I reboot.
