Is there any WYSIWYG editor where you can export your site into a file instead of directly to the server?

iWeb, Sandvox both do this.

in iWeb, you build your site, then do Publish to Folder under Share, and assign it a folder to publish your site to. Then you can get in and edit things manually.

in Sandvox, it is a similar method. this allows me to make some basic html and rss changes before I upload to the server.
