Low battery life on new refurbished mac book pro retina 15

Hi,

I experience a very low battery life, about 3.30 hours in normal use (browsing web, word/excel, dropbox, skype). I went to an Apple Store, they run a diagnostic on the system and the battery is physically ok. I still have a couple of day to return it.

Is normal to have such a low battery life? Any tip to recommend? Should I return it and get a new one?

I would return it while you have the chance. However, battery life depends on many things such as how many apps you have open, running videos, etc.
