Need to restore but got an error

Hey guys, I need to restore my iTouch, and so I pressed restore in iTunes. I got error (1602) so I read up on it and apparently I need to delete everything iTunes from my machine and then re-install it.

How do I do this without losing all of my music, playlists, movies, podcasts, and TV Shows?
