Hello everyone. I have a 366 mhz clamshell iBook with a 10 gb hard drive. I just recently updated the ram from the built in 64mb to 576mb. I installed it today and from reviews I read online, I thought it was going to be a little faster but then again its an iBook from the year 2000 with only 366mhz. I am currentley running Mac os 9.1. I figuere if I upgrade the operating system to Mac os X Panther, it will run faster and smoother. What do you guys think?
P.S. if i were to upgrade to mac os x panther, how would I reformat the hard drive. I know how to do it on a pc, just not on a Mac.
