So i have a 2011 macbook pro and I bought a blackmagic intensity shuttle thunderbolt to record gameplay off of my xbox. So, that takes up my thunderbolt spot but the blackmagic records at high speeds and I need an external hard drive so I can record in good quality. I want to get a Lacie thunderbolt series because they are super fast and it would work. The problem is since i'm using the thunderbolt for the blackmagic I cannot use the Lacie. My question is that can I use daisy chain and plug the blackmagic to the Lacie and then use the Lacie to plug into the thunderbolt? Can someone help me with this.

Good deal. Sounds like an interesting setup you have there!:)
