I just picked up a used Aluminum 20" Cinema Display and I was wondering if the power/DVI cord (the round connector that goes into the back of the display) can be removed from the back of the display? It looks like it might pull out, but its pretty tight. I don't want to damage anything, but it would make moving it and cleaning much easier. Thanks

Do you refer to the older model that is ADC (Apple Direct Connect) that carried power, sound and USB in the one cable and was used by G4 and G5 PowerMacs? If so have a look at this link about converting the display to DVI. The hardest part may be getting the mains power connected. USB does not matter as modern displays do not have USB ports anymore:-
