'Cars' style on a car picture.

I've seen a few pictures like that of people taking car photos and putting the cars style to them with the eyes and mouth and everything, would someone post a tutorial on youtube or something for a photoshop idiot (Or whatever software is needed). Id like to learn how to do this. Thanks.

if there is one around already a link would be awesome, I looked and couldnt find anything so thats why Im asking.
