Locked Myself Out Of File..please Help

Ok so I was mugging around and changed the permission on this folder I made for class, I changed it to no access. Now when I try to open it it say I dont have sufficient privileges. What can I do?

just wondering, did you fix this through get info or through a terminal command or something else?
