Any of them would be fine. I would go with any of the first three personally. Might also want to check out OWC Mac Sales, and crucial.

but they are compatible right ? just double checking $100 is alot to "waste" if i grab the wrong ones.

Yes they are, but if you really don't want to chance it OWC Mac Sales specializes in everything Mac.

They are all compatible but if you want to be extra safe go to crucial.com and put in your macbook specs and it'll show you everything that is compatible with it.
