Is there a way to configure Safari to automatically clear history, empty the cache and reset itself when I exit the browser?

Not that I know of (and I don't think it's possible) but you can do one of two things that are "close":

1. Preferences > General > Remove history items: > After one day. That won't clear it on exit but will do it regularly.
2. Safari > Private Browsing. Browsing in private mode might suit your needs.

Or, you can just not go to sites you don't want anyone else to know you were visiting.

Or, you can save up and buy your own computer and not let other people use it -- or at least restrict them to their own accounts.

Does any browser have a setting to do that other than Opera? "Assuming" they haven't removed it since it's been awhile.

Firefox (at least 4.0) has this feature. Go to Preferences > Privacy > Use custom settings for history > Clear history when Firefox closes.
