On the verge of pulling my hair out!

I have Mac OSX Lion running on my iMac. I experimented with partitions the other day and things went '**** up' with me having to format the windows partition in bootcamp.

I need to re-insall Windows 7 via Bootcamp. However my Windows 7 64bit Pro is the upgrade package. Therefore I have to install Vista prior to Windows 7.

The problem is installing the upgrade pack for the Windows 7 Install.

I need the iMac to boot up the Win 7 upgrade disk when powered on. Normally with a PC you would check the boot sequence in the BIOS, etc....

With the iMac that will boots into Vista i have tried holding down the option keys to access the boot volumes, but it boots up Vista.

I have tried holding down 'C' to boot from cd/dvd. Doesn't work....

Please H E L P..........

Must be a solution as I have installed it before!

This method of installing an upgrade version of Windows 7 clean may work. Note: This is legal provided you do have a legal copy of Vista or XP as proof of upgrade eligibility. Anyway, see if it will work for you. LINK
