I decided to try boot camp and went ahead and installed xp. XP loaded fine but now everytime I start up my macbook, XP loads automatically. I can't access OS X anymore! I don't know what to do and have already accepted that my data may already be lost. I've tried booting the computer with the OS X and XP cd to no avail. I just want OS X back, what should I do?

Thanks in advance.

Whew, held the option key during start up and loaded up OS X.

Now I'm afraid to continue trying Boot Camp and want to stick with OS X...

Does anyone know why XP starts up automatically instead of a prompt for me to choose OS X or XP?

Also, I installed the Mac drivers cd I burned from the assistant, but it had a few errors. The main problem is there is no driver for the ethernet adapter so I can't log on to the internet...help?

The prompt only comes up if you hold down Option. You must have set the default boot volume to Windows in System Preferences -> Startup Disk
