Hi,
Mail.app just doesn't work for me, it completely screws up my Gmail, and it won't let me NOT download spam messages from the Spam folder.

I'm looking for a mail client that WORKS, and supports IMAP, and uses OS X's address book.

Thanks for your help!

Thunderbird is great, and while it doesn't support the OS X Address Book, it does everything else you're looking for.

Hi,

I works for me with IMAP Gmail. The only problem that I have is that I can not really delete the spam. But Gmail delete it by it self every 30 days.

I have listen a lot about mailplain for Gmail, they say is the perfect solution.

Regards

Try GyazMail. It uses the Apple Adress Book. It is not freeware but you may use it for 40 days for free and a license at 18 dollars will not break your finances.
