Re-Enabling USB Drive

Hi,
I am using a MAC OS X 10.5.8 OS on my mac machine.
My USB drive has been disabled by deleting the USB drive file from the folder.
How can I re-enable my USB port?

Can you tell us exactly which file you deleted and from what folder?
