I will be going to college in the fall and I have been looking for software to track my schedule of classes and to also keep track of assignments. I havent been able to find any and I was wondering if anyone here has seen any software that does this.

Thanks in advance.

Nick

P.S. I have tried to use Filemaker Pro and that didnt work for me.

I think you'll find iCal the best -- my bro just in college says it totally rocks! And fully automatic too! :)

iCal should definitely be the first program you look at. Put your classes in as (repeating) events, and record your assignments as To Do items. If you have a Palm handheld (or think you might get one) you can synchronize them using iSync.

You might also look into Palm Desktop (http://www.palmone.com/us/software/desktop/mac.html) which you can use even if you don't have a Palm organizer, Microsoft Entourage (but only if you also use it for eMail, or think you want to) or Now Up-to-date (http://www.poweronsoftware.com/)
