Problem using PS Elements 11 on iMac

When using PS Elements on my iMac the commands at the bottom of the screen are hidden by the icons in the Dock - Can I shrink my screen to accommodate these commands ?

2017 27" iMac, 10.5" iPad Pro, iPhone 8, iPhone 11, iPhone 12 Mini, Numerous iPods, Monterey
Are you running PS Elements full screen? If you are, just click on the arrows in the upper right corner after placing your cursor at the top of the screen. Once the screen goes back to normal size, you can move it or shrink it so that the bottom shows up once more.
