I was wondering if there was a way I could delete the other phones besides mine off this list. Even without searching for phones I have those on there right when I pull up then Browse Device menu. Thanks ;)

Have you just tried clicking on the Bluetooth icon and selecting Open Bluetooth Preferences..should give you this window.

It should probably give you the list and you can click delete.

Maybe they're still in the 1st list as they have just been found while searching for your phone, as in they are within range...

Are they phones/devices you recognise?
