We just purchased ARD form the apple store. This software was recommended to our office.
Here's what we need to do:
Managing other computers in the office is not important though a nice plus. My boss needs to connect his laptop at home to his computer at work. His assistant needs to do the same with her computer. I work form home and need to access all the computers.
is ARD the best software for us? is there something else we can use that would be easier or better?
the guy at the apple store told us this was the easiest to use and that we can install it on all our employees home computers and they can access their office computers. Now I'm installing it and having issues connecting and am told that first I need to forward a port and then assign only one computer to that port and that's the only computer that can be access remotely
am I given wrong info
we need this resolved before Friday
