Will Leopard upgrade mess up my torrents?

I have some torrents on Transmission that arn't done but I got my leopard disk in the mail and want to upgrade. If I close transmission and finish them after I upgrade will it **** anything up?

I guess there is only one way for you to find out...

Just as a guess: I would say it will work out fine. Transmission works under Leopard just the same way it did/does in Tiger and Leo is probably not changing your unfinished files. So once you upgraded and restart Transmission, it should just continue where it left off.
