- My setup: 17in SD iMac G5, 1GB RAM & 12in iBook, 1.5GB RAM (Both computers standard config.)
Just found this on apples website that the new iMacs support 2GB of ram...not the 2.5GB it use to support.
Does this mean that apple have reverted to the way the old iMac (Rev A&B) was? I kinda hope so seeing as a 2GB ram modual is really expensive.
What do you guys think??

512MB of PC2-5300 (667MHz) DDR2 SDRAM expandable to 2GB
and it can be found here.
