I having trouble w/ my imac running Leopard, it freezes, i tried replacing the HDD but didn't solve the problem. tried upgrading the memory, but still freezes. I run hardware test and it fails. the code is 4M0T/1/40000002:000-0
Anyone there know what this code means?

Please Help!
