Should I keep the AC charger 24/7?

Hi guys,

Just a quick question for I am a beginner MacBook Pro user.

Should I keep my AC charger plugged into the MBP 24/7? if no, how should I charge and when?

You could keep it charging most of the time.

But every now and then run it on battery, until it goes into hibernation, then charge it up gain. Also read Apples advice in he link below
