Help Safari settings

Hello,
I am not sure what keys I have pressed but my safari web pages show up without frames. For example Apple shows up as in the attached documents (I am assuming without frames). It has been a real pain. Can someone give me some suggestions to undo or reset the "no frames" option.

Your attachment is a word document. Do you have a screenshot (push Command-Shift-3 or Command-Shift-4 then spacebar to take a screenshot of a specific window)?
