i have an macbook2,1 with os x 10.5.8 running xp sp3 in bootcamp 2.2. i cannot get the touchpad drivers that enable the two-finger "right click" or two-finger scrolling to work.

device manager shows 2 devices under "mice and other pointing devices"
1. apple trackpad enabler
2. hid-compliant mouse

under human interface devices
1. hid-compliant consumer control device
2. hid-compliant device

all other installed human interface devices are "usb hid" (6)

i've reinstalled bootcamp repetitively, reinstalled drivers automatically and manually, reinstalled sp3, no success.

i know this is possible because i had such functionality on this device on an earlier xp installation before some formatting, etc. thanks in advance for your help.

I don't have a solution for you, but I've had the same problem on my late 2008 Macbook running Windows XP in Bootcamp. What model Macbook do you have & what version of windows are you running?

I finally bought a USB travel mouse to get around the problem, since I only use Windows about 25% of the time.
