Entourage - How to change where your emails are saved?

At my office there are only a few of us that use Macs. Our emails are saved on a server, but our IT guy said that we are taking up too much space on the server. How can we direct our emails to be saved on the hard drives of our individual computers?

Or simply do what I do at work, when I reach my limit I drag all files in the servers inbox, to my local inbox, likewise with sent items. That means I keep all my mails just in case I need to know what I was doing and when, while keeping the server relatively clean

I do that every few days (especially when the server tells me I have to)
