Parallels coherence app folder not on dock?

Hello everyone I'm new here and to mac. I just set up parallels and installed win7 for my autodesk and a few other programs. I'm having an issue with running in coherence mode. When you start the mode it shows you a dialog box and in the dialog box it shows a win7 app folder on the dock but some how I don't have it on my dock, as seen in the picture. I've looked through the preferences but can't find anything.

Any suggestions how to get this folder on my dock??
